♡2017 Summer Gets♡

image
Welcome back to my blog!
This post is about everything Liz Lisa that I got from June-August! I got some items that I really love and I was very fortunate to get! In this post, I included a small rant, and also my experience at Japan Expo and meeting Emilie and Ripanyan!
I hope you enjoy~

June:

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartWhite Smoking Off-Shoulder Top

I got this on June 2nd from TokyoKawaiiLife~ I got it for the Liz Lisa Coord Olympics! I really wanted a top that I was able to coordinate with a lot of different things, plus I really love tops that show my shoulders~ It's really comfortable and light, but it's probably better for evenings and cooler summer days! I wore this in Paris and regretted it slightly because it was so hot and it is long sleeve! It looks really great with both skirts and pants/shorts! I'm so happy I got it~ This is from the 2017 Summer/Spring and the number is: 171-1022.

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartTropical Fruits Earrings

These were also bought from TokyoKawaiiLife using ChibiTenshi on June 2nd! Again, I bought these for the Liz Lisa Coord Olympics and they're just so perfect! They're my first accessories from Liz Lisa and they've really made me want to get more pairs! I love that they're clip-ons because although I have 25 ear piercings, they're all slightly stretched and I tend to like keeping barbells in them rather than actual earrings except for special occasions~ I can just clip these in between my piercings and they look super cute!
These are from the 2017 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: 171-9003.

July:

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartDenim Ribbon Salopette

These were bought on FRIL using ChibiTenshi as a shipping service on July 6th! I initially found these on Depop, but unfortunately I couldn't get a hold of the seller for about 2 weeks (actually I never got in contact, but that's how long I tried) ୧((#Φ益Φ#))୨ which was super frustrating because I was hoping to get them before the Coord Olympics! I honest to God contacted her on every one of her social media accounts that I could find, I messaged her on Depop of course, I tweeted her, DM'd her on Twitter, I messaged her on Instagram, I even replied to her stories (yes, she was active on her accounts), and I even e-mailed her....I was probably being annoying, but we were in the same country, and I knew that if she responded I could get them in time for the Coord Olympics (Which I did not win, by the way lol)! At the point that I was tweeting her and responding to her Instagram stories I knew I was being ignored, so I eventually gave up! I did end up reporting her Depop and they told me she hadn't even been active on there since 2015!! It was a very frustrating situation! But anyway, I got them finally from FRIL and I'm so pleased with them! They're super cute and I’m excited to be able to make cute casual outfits with my other Liz Lisa items~ I do need to lose a little weight to wear them though....
The number is: 171-6176.

-Also, I have not been able to find out what year they are from! I'm pretty sure they're authentic as I have seen a few different sellers with them and they all have the same number~
Deco-mail pictograms of HeartPink Cork Platforms

As you may if you read my What I got in 2015-2016 post, you'll know that I initially wanted these in pink, but instead found them in blue! I got them for super cheap just like the blue ones~
They were really dirty on the outside which I really didn't mind because for one, most of it came off anyway and for two, I'm super clumsy and I would just make them dirty anyway! So it's best to have them pre-owned!
Here's a bad quality photo of when I got them~

I've actually replaced the laces on my blue ones as well as this pair because they were horrendously dirty and I wanted some new and pretty ones! I got pink ones for my blue pair, but I'm worried they're too pink. For the pink pair I got white laces and may have to buy another pair of white ones for my blue shoes!
They're from the 2013 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: 131-9603.
Deco-mail pictograms of HeartIcing Cookie Pattern Onepiece

I got this when I went to Paris and went to Japan Expo on July 7th! I had been watching people's videos on Instagram and seeing people's photos of what the display looked like so I could know what I wanted before I got there (I could honestly spend an hour contemplating what I want to buy when I go shopping) but once I got there I still ended up being pretty indecisive~ I ended up choosing this dress and it's basically my favorite dress right now~ The print is adorable and the bow on the chest is so cute as well! I'm really happy I ended up choosing this one! One of my goals for this year was to get more dresses and I've definitely made a dent in that~
It's from the 2017 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: 173-6056.

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartGingham Strawberry One-piece

I have been seeing people getting this dress since it came out and I have wanted it for sooo long! It's such a cute design and the whole idea of it is adorable! It's really cute and it fits me pretty well~ I've been falling really deeply in love with gingham lately, so I was super happy to find this for sale! And although I generally prefer pink over red, I really liked this in red better which was lucky since that only had it in blue and red~
It's from the 2017 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: 171-6008.

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartRibbon with Lace Sandals

Similar to what I said earlier, another goal of mine has been to get more Liz Lisa shoes into my wardrobe, more specifically sandals or heels! I've been seeing people getting sandals like these for a while now and I've been green with envy! Thankfully, I no longer have to feel jealous as I finally have my own pair to love~ I was really confused on how the clasp worked at first because it's so simple! I was thinking I would have to unbuckle them, but really all it was was a little hook! I've gotten some pretty good blisters from them, but I've learned and have been wearing band-aids with them until I hopefully break them in eventually!
These are from the 2017 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: 173-9609.

♡Update: I’ve been wearing them a lot since then and they’re already a lot more comfortable!♡

Japan Expo~

I was so grateful to be able to meet Emilie and Rima (Ripanyan), we took photos together and I got a signed poster of Rima as well as some little photos of her~ I even got a free gift which was a Liz Lisa fan! In addition to all of that, I met the President of Liz Lisa!!! I can't stop thinking about what an amazing day that was~

At first, it took a while to figure out where they were set up, I couldn’t find any portable maps to take around because each stand that held any had been raided already! It was also extremely hot, and the line to get in wasn’t actually bad, but it took us half an hour of walking just to get into the front gate to scan our day passes! (They had prepared so much space for a long line ,but there wasn’t enough people to make it a real line when I got there so we were honestly weaving in and out of barred fences for half an hour!!!) I was so excited to get into the convention though, that I wasn’t too bothered about it!

Once we finally found the Liz Lisa shop, I instantly got nervous as I saw Ripanyan and Emilie~ I was so excited and I’m very awkward, but it somehow worked out perfectly fine! I did take a while to choose which clothes I wanted to buy, but when I finally chose things everyone was very helpful with everything! It was such a happy day!!

I posted most of the items that I got from the Expo, but not all of them! Some of them my fiancé bought for my birthday so I didn't get them until October! They will be in my Autumn Gets~

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartAngel Print Jumper Skirt

I’ve been wanting this pretty much since I discovered this print! After the Stripe Bouquet print, this one is my next favorite! I have the sukapan in the same colorway, I just need the top of the set-up to complete the white colorway and then I want to get the other colors! (A bit excessive, but when you find prints that you love you just want all of the colors, right?) I bought this on July 14th on Depop from Disney Sakura Blossom, who I follow on Instagram as well! I really recommend her as a seller if you live in the US as she always has wonderful prices and beautiful pieces for sale! ♡ I really am in love with this jumper skirt and not just because of the print, but because of the little details! It has a little lace-up detail, which I love and it also has these cute ruffle straps at the top! Definitely cannot wait to expand my Angel Print collection~
It’s from the 2014 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: 141-6040.

♡2017 Spring Gets♡

image
Welcome back to my blog!

Today's post will be about the (mostly) Liz Lisa items I got this Spring!
Everything is secondhand~

Also, something noteworthy, I am starting in February, though I don't consider that Spring, because my last blog post was for January and since I only got three items in February, I didn't see any point in making a post for that~
Plus, I didn't want to leave them out of a blog post until the end of the year recap, so here they are!

February:
Deco-mail pictograms of HeartBrown Ribbon Boots

So, I had never seen these boots before, but sometimes while you're shopping for one thing you find 10,000 other things that you're suddenly in love with. That happens to me most days tbh. I really contemplated on these because of the price, they cost me a decent amount because the seller was shipping from Canada and for whatever reason, international prices are always higher (even though Wisconsin is literally so close to Canada) But in the end, I decided it was worth it. These boots are really cute! I saw them for sale on a Liz Lisa sale Facebook page and fell in love instantly! I bought them on February 1st! The thing about them that really sold me, was the fact that they were basically new with tags and had only been worn around the house! One great part of them is that you can flip the top of the boot down to make it have a different look! The big ribbon on the toe is my favorite detail though, the only problem I have is that I sometimes brush the bows against each other while I'm walking and I worry that I'll accidentally rip one off. (So far so good, though~)
They're from the 2014 Autumn/Winter collection and the number is: 142-9663.

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartRed Polka-dot Jumperskirt

I didn't know this existed for a while either, but I was looking through the crooz blogs one day and found that there's two different jsks with the same print(!!!) I love having jsks that match my sukapans because I often feel insecure with the length of dresses/jsks so I wear the sukapans underneath! That's why you'll see me buy a few too many things per print I fall in love with (≧◡≦) I absolutely love this Jumperskirt~ This was purchased on February 15th on FRIL using ChibiTenshi as my shipping service, as a Valentine's Day gift for me! I really wanted it because I already have the sukapan of the same print, and I really love that print! It's so cute and so great to wear in winter! I always feel so cute while I'm wearing it!
It's from the 2011 Autumn/Winter collection and the number is: 112-6058.

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartFloral Angora Sweater dress

I got this on February 17th from Depop! This sweater was something I had wanted for a very long time! It's a very sought after item among many people in the Liz Lisa community and I have seen it sell out within minutes of being posted in a Liz Lisa sales Facebook group! I found it on Depop for a really amazing price and I immediately messaged the seller! Unfortunately, it took me about 2 weeks to actually get a reply, but she finally did and I got it! I was so happy! It's so cute and easy to pair with a cute pair of boots! I did; however, make a mistake of wearing it with a black coat and it shed everywhere! (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞  I will have to put it in the freezer before wearing it regularly~ It's super cute though and I love wearing it, I definitely don't wear it as often as I'd like because once it gets cold enough to wear it, I usually need a coat and like I said before, it sheds something fierce. I may need to invest in a white coat...
This is from the 2010 Autumn/Winter collection and the number is: 101-6065.

March:
Deco-mail pictograms of HeartTralala Roomwear Shorts

I'm not crazy interested in Tralala, mostly because I haven't looked at much of it, but so far I really like their roomwear items. They're always super soft and I've never been disappointed and I love these shorts, I previously bought a full roomwear set-up and it's super comfy! Since I loved the set-up so much, I decided to get these! They were purchased on Depop on March 2nd! They have silk lining in them which makes them nice for both summer and winter, but I'll be wearing them mostly in the winter months~ These ones are much softer than the ones in the set-up i got previously, but I love them both a lot~

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartPink Stripe Bouquet Set-up

I was so shocked to see this whole set up for sale for as cheap as it was! The seller was a little sketchy seeming, they had just posted a lot of things on their Depop and had no ratings, but I decided to risk it and buy the set and hope for the best~ I saw some other people also having potential issues with the seller after I bought it, but it all worked out in the end with no problems! If you read my What I got in 2015~2016 blogpost, you'll know I've been wanting these beauties~~ This set-up was for sale on Depop and it was bought on March 11th! It was new with tags as well, which made me a very happy girl~ The next piece I need to get is the pink jsk and then I'll be done collecting the Stripe bouquet collection, I hope that I can get it soon~ But anyway, I honestly wear this set-up and the blue one all the time, they're still my favorite print!
It's from the 2016 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: (top) 161-1009 (sukapan) 161-5004.

April:
Deco-mail pictograms of HeartBordeaux Lace Socks

I got these socks on Depop from Gyaru_kitty on April 1st! I was so excited to see Liz Lisa socks, new with tags, being sold for a good price! I love wearing these with my blue platforms, and a red sweater! I hope to get a bordeaux Liz Lisa sweater to go with them~ This is my first and only pair of Liz Lisa socks at the moment, but I definitely want to get more pairs in the future! One thing I really love about them is that they're not very thick so they don't overheat my feet and they fit well in my shoes~
They're from the 2015 Autumn/Winter collection and the number is: 152-9804.

Deco-mail pictograms of HeartFlower Pattern Crochet Set Up

Initially I saw the top of this on eBay and I really loved it and was so close to buying it, but I kept putting it off until finally I saw it for sale as a set! I got this set up from ArisuCookie on April 14th~ I fell in love with this set so quickly! It's adorable and covered in pink flowers~ It's the perfect set for summer and it has an adorable detachable bow that you can put on the skirt! The top looks great as part of a set up or even just with a pair of shorts or pants!
This is from the 2012 Spring/Summer collection and the number is: (top) 121-2074  (sukapan) 121-5041.

Sorry if the fact that I say "I love this so much" a lot annoys you, i genuinely love all of my clothes and wouldn't buy them if I didn't absolutely love them! I do realize it's a bit excessive though ^^; (sorry not sorry)

Thank you so much for reading~ I hope you enjoyed it! I have another blogpost scheduled for late October! It will be about what I got in the summer time!
Please look forward to it!
