Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! As you can tell by the title, this will be about all of my gets from December 2017 - February 2018! This will include my Christmas presents and anything else I’ve gotten throughout the winter!
Sorry it's so late! I've really just been lazy and unmotivated, but I finally found some motivation and here it is~

I actually was super bummed to hear about the fukubukuro because I was really low on money! (But I was super in love with it already) I actually woke up at 2am (unintentionally, mind you) and the fukubukuro was available for pre-order at 4am and I couldn’t go back to sleep. At 3:57 my fiancé’s alarm went off and I realized he was planning to buy it for me for my Christmas present, as a surprise, (even though it wouldn’t come until January sometime) I was super happy to find that out! So, there will be a little review of the Lucky bag~

Liz Lisa x My Melody Lucky Bag - Fukubukuro 2018 (リズリサｘマイメロディ福袋２０１８)
I have been waiting to write about a fukubukuro since I learned what it was! Thanks to my sweet fiancé, I can now~ This is one of the much later items that I got but it’s the first item purchased during this time period! This is my first ever Lucky Bag and it was purchased on the Official Liz Lisa eBay store on December 2nd~ I thought it would sell out immediately but it didn’t even come close until later the next day (it didn’t even sell out for weeks, and they even had the pieces for sale on TKL). I was really excited about getting one of these newer ones since they have the four rolly wheels and I don’t have a carry on suitcase with good wheels, I’m so happy!

I am so in love with all of the items in the Fukubukuro!
Fur Collar Coat (えりファーコート): I wear the coat almost everyday in the winter, it’s really warm and it fits me so much better than my other Liz Lisa coat (from 2014)! (Not too well with a sweater underneath though) It’s really long and it tends to cover up my outfits when I button it up (it doesn't help that I’m short), but at least I’m warm! I really love the ribbons on the pockets! I think they’re super cute and they give the coat the cute element since it’s very simple otherwise!

Ribbon V-neck Knit (リボンVネックニット): I’m wearing the sweater as I’m typing this (it’s super cozy and warm) and I love it! (I’m going to say this about almost everything tbh) I really do like how simple it is because most of my other sweaters have a lot going on! I don’t think I really have too many plain sweaters! And, although it is pretty plain it has a lot of details that don’t stick out too much! It has that cable knit pattern going down the front along with the cute little velour bows! I really like sweaters that are simple because it makes coordinating outfits much easier~

Liz Lisa x My Melody One-piece (リズリサｘマイメロディワンピース): I’ve worn the dress quite a few times and I really love it! I really like the length and I love that it’s long-sleeved! I think that they could’ve made it a little bigger, or more stretchy at least but it’s still really nice! I’ve never had an actual LizMelo dress with Melo on it so I’m super happy I got it! I was a little weirded out by the “bib-like” thing at the front/top of the dress but it’s growing on me! My favorite part of it is probably the ruffles at the bottom of the dress!

Liz Lisa x My Melody Skirt (リズリサｘマイメロディスカート): I really like this skirt for a few reasons~ For starters, it’s very stretchy! It has a lot of shirring in the back, which is super nice! I did find it a little odd that while the skirt is super stretchy, the dress has like no give at all. I mean it’s not the smallest dress I've worn, but it's definitely not very forgiving… ┐(︶▽︶)┌ I also really love that it matches so well with the dress in that it has the same ruffles along the bottom! I feel like the skirt is so plain, but it's not at the same time because of the print and ruffles! It doesn't have a lot of extra details, but because it’s so simple and so not at the same time, I've really fallen in love with it! Plus it has super cute velour bows on the sides (≧◡≦) ♡ I wore this to see the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck and I was super glad that I was able to wear a Liz Lisa item that collaborated with Sanrio so obviously!

Basic Heart Button Cardigan (ベーシックハートボタンカーディガン): I've never owned a simple cardigan from Liz Lisa! I do have two cardigans, my sailor collar one, and another older cable knit one. My sailor collar one is super detailed and very extra, which I love. The cable knit one doesn’t have a lot of OTT (over the top) details, but it has a cable knit pattern (obviously) all over it and little bows on the cuffs and buttons. It’s not OTT but it’s also not very simple either. Although I love more detailed items, I really love how simple this cardigan is! It's just plain white/off white, and it doesn't have many details. What really makes it so great is the fact that the buttons are little faux pearl hearts ♡ I really like that this is such a light cardigan too, my other ones are very geared towards Winter / Fall so they keep me warm, but they’re definitely not realistic for Spring / Summer like this one can be! It's super easy to coordinate and it's so nice to have when it's chilly and I need to quickly grab something to throw on top of stuff! It's very quickly become one of the items that I bring with me just in case most days!

Liz Lisa x My Melody Charm (リズリサｘマイメロディチャーム): I’ve decided to use the Melo charm as decoration in my room because I don’t want to get it dirty, but I really love it (wow shocking)! I've been wanting more LizMelo things, including their charms and pouchettes and things, but I've never been able to justify spending the money on them! I do collect mostly Hello Kitty items, but also some My Melody so I’m very happy to add her to my collection of Sanrio items! She’s super cute and I really love how gentle her features are. Instead of the usual Melo, her eyes and mouth are a soft brown rather than her usual black features!I love the softer features on all Sanrio items~♡( ◡‿◡ ) I also really love that she matches the other items in the fukubukuro, it's so nice to have things match well!
Inner Camisole (インナーキャミソール): As usual, Liz Lisa put in a very plain, boring tank top / camisole into the Lucky Bag. It’s very small, thin, and doesn’t do a whole lot. I haven’t many opportunities to wear it, but I have found it useful in layering under my outfits. While it fits me, just about every other tank top I own is less see-through than this one. It’s not too helpful, but I don’t really want to get rid of it. It’s nice to have tank tops for layering, so I definitely want to find a good use for it.

Liz Lisa x My Melody Carry Bag (リズリサｘマイメロディキャリーＢＡＧ): The suitcase is a wonderful addition to my room, as I said before, I collect Sanrio things already and Liz Lisa of course and it’s definitely adds some beauty to my room! I think that they learned from last year not to make the inside black/gray because this year it’s pink! I remember so many people being unhappy about the color of the inside! I need to find a good place for it, but I’m very excited to be able to travel with it (also a little worried that it may get damaged) I may just use it for domestic travel, but who knows~ I really want to be able to travel with it, but xsakisaki got hers while she was in Japan and she said it got a bit damaged on the way back, which makes me nervous! It’s much bigger than my current carry-on luggage so I would really like to use it~ But I do definitely love it and I’m happy that I am able to add it to my growing Liz Lisa collection~ Update: I'm currently in England and I brought it with me! I did take an extra precaution and I bought a suitcase cover for travel~ It has some scratches, but nothing too serious! I definitely wouldn't check it on the plane, but I think it's good for a carry on! I was worried that on my domestic flight they would make me check it at the gate (there's often not enough room on the plane for everyone's carry on luggage) but fortunately there were very few people on my flight and it was safe and sound!

Bore Replacement Skirt (ボア切替スカート)
I have been wanting one of Liz Lisa’s denim skirts for quite a while now and I’m really glad they came out with a new one! I love that the pockets on the back are both faux fur and heart shaped, it adds so much to the skirt imo! I bought this on December 15th from the Liz Lisa Official eBay store! I bought it pretty early in December because I really wanted it for the Liz Lisa Coordinate Olympics, which I did not win, again…OTL
I really love it! It’s definitely different from the rest of my style but I do like wearing it once in a while! It’s pretty form fitting as well so I think I want to lose some weight / get a flatter tummy so it looks better! I can’t decide if my favorite detail is the heart pockets on the back or the velour lacing along the sides of the faux fur lining on the skirt! It’s super cute and I can’t wait to hopefully wear it more next fall/winter!

Liz Lisa x My Melody Pouch
I found this beauty on Depop and got it on December 22. I love it so much! As you may know, assuming you either follow me on Instagram or have read my previous posts, you’ll know that I am super in love with the Stripe Bouquet series! I have the set-up in both colors and the JSK in blue, I just need the pink JSK to complete my collection, but for the time being I will settle with this beautiful collab pouch that has the same design as the Stripe Bouquet items (plus a bonus My Melody appearance)! It got shipped to my Fiancé’s house by mistake so that's why the background isn't the same as the rest! I haven't had it back at my home in America yet! It's kind of plasticy inside and is a stiff pouch, which I was not expecting! I really like that it is stiff, I've never owned anything like it~ The fabric on it is really thick and sturdy as well, but it collects dust/lint and things really easily. It was an extra gift from the magazine e-mook I believe! I think that I’ll probably use it to store all of the cute handwritten messages that I get when I buy things from people~
Liz Lisa Open Shoulder Turtle Knit / Off Shoulder Knit (オフタートルニット):
I fell in love with this sweater when I first saw melomelo_chi wearing it on her Instagram! After that, I saw quite a few other people getting it and I finally decided to get it! I’m super in love with it! It looks super cute with just about my entire wardrobe and it’s really soft and comfy! I’ve been looking at turtlenecks from Liz Lisa for quite a while now but each time I was going to get one they ended up being sold out~ Since then though, the eBay store was released and now they have free shipping on everything! (That definitely motivates me to spend more). I bought it from the eBay store on December 28th and it took about a month to get to me, which was pretty sad because I wanted it so badly, but I’m just glad I finally have it and am able to wear it all the time now! Again, I can’t decide what my favorite detail is between the ruffles on the turtleneck, or the bell shaped sleeves, or the lacing that goes up the sleeves, it’s all so adorable and makes me so happy! After having it for a while, it’s been a struggle to not wear it daily…. This has definitely been a very well loved item in my wardrobe already~

Flower Motif Skirt (花モチーフ付きスカート):
So….if you read my Autumn gets blogpost, then you already know that I have this in the Bordeaux colorway! I couldn’t resist!! I decided that I needed the pink one in my closet as well because I love the Bordeaux one so much, but pink is my favorite color! I bought this in the same order as the above turtleneck, so sadly I had to wait about a month to get it! But I was not disappointed! I seriously love everything about this skirt~ And because I have already reviewed the Bordeaux colorway I don’t want to be too redundant, but my favorite things about this skirt are pretty much all of the details of it, the lacing along the front, the flower motif, the little ruffles that peak out from the bottom of the skirt, and the fact that it has a lot of shirring at the back! Another thing I do really love about it is the length of the skirt (did I already mention this in my last one??) It’s a really nice length and it is highwaisted so I love that it’s a bit longer~ Plus it looks so cute with the above turtleneck knit ♡

Sailor Blouse (セーラーブラウス)
Literally the day after I bought the sweater and the skirt, December 29th, I found someone on Facebook selling one of my dream blouses! (I say one of because just about anything I fall in love with becomes my “dream” item) When I bought my Stripe Bouquet JSK from the Shibuya109 e-store, I really wanted to buy this blouse but it was sold out. The models paired this blouse with the Stripe Bouquet series and I loved the combination. I’ve been on the search for it for a good price for a while and finally found someone selling it cheap on Facebook! I bought it on December 29th and because she was an American seller I got it within like 3 days~ It was so amazing! As expected, I love wearing it with my blue Stripe Bouquet JSK! It’ll definitely be a favorite of mine this coming Spring / Summer~

Flower Chandelier Sukapan (フラワーシャンデリア):
I’ve been wanting items from the Chandelier series pretty much since they were released, but I was never able to find any for sale that were more readily accessible or for a good price! This was sold by YouAndMeJapan and was pretty cheap! Plus, IT HAS POCKETS. DEEP POCKETS. My entire iPhone 7 fits in it, and there’s still extra space!! I even put a really big comb in it the other day and was so surprised it fully fit inside! Definitely my favorite details, plus the pockets are outlined with frills!! It’s the cutest thing ever! I love the pattern and I love the shade of pink! It’s definitely a different shade than the usual Liz Lisa pink, or anything I'm used to really, but I really like it~ This is something I’ll definitely be wearing it a lot this year~

Cross Flower Pattern Jumperskirt (クロス花柄ジャンスカ):
థ౪థ I don’t even know how long this has been on my wishlist….but ryothaee saved my life! I wasn’t even shopping, I was just scrolling through Instagram and she made a post mentioning it and that she was selling it, and now I own it. I bought it on January 26th and it came super fast, I was expecting to wait a long time! There’s a lot of purchases I’ve been thrilled with, but this one is one of my happiest purchases!
**Mini rant**I’ve been on the lookout for it for years and while I’ve found it multiple times, the prices were always jacked up to over or nearly the full sale price! （8700円）At that time (2015), 10,000円 was about $83 USD so like, people need to start lowering their secondhand prices. I understand that it’s popular, but why would I want to buy something that is worn for more than its original price?**End mini rant**
But anyway, I got it for an amazing price! I’m so happy with it, it fits me so well, and it’s in incredible condition! She even sent me the replacement button with it (º̩̩́⌣º̩̩̀ʃƪ) What an angel~~I’m so beyond happy! I love it and will probably annoy everyone on Instagram with loads of photos of me wearing it♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Unfortunately that’s all I have, I was broke all of February so I wasn’t able to purchase anything.
Side note: I wear most of my clothes year round, and I was wondering if people get bothered by that sort of thing. I don’t wear sweaters in summer, maybe sometimes, but I don’t like limiting myself to only wearing certain things during certain seasons. It just makes me sad~ I pretty much just dress according to each day and how I feel! Do other people do this too? I don’t really have a Winter/Spring/Summer/Autumn wardrobe, it’s just all one wardrobe~
